Reports To: Clinical Director

SUMMARY:
Will assist and advise client through Sales & Clinical initiatives and provide academic detailing with providers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides superior clinical consultation and works with Account Managers with a focus on client retention/satisfaction and trend management.

Collaborates with client to provide formulary recommendations for Sales groups.

Facilitates and reviews prescribing patterns and provides analyses based on these reports.

Serves as a drug information resource for client and colleagues.

Participates in client meetings, as needed, and assists implementations of clinical projects/programs.

Provides education for clients, pharmacists, members, and physicians, including one-on-one physician visits, educational lunch and dinner programs, and implementation of clinical services.

Supports client specific Sales, Pharmacy and Therapeutics functions and responsibilities.

Assists with CSW duties, including CSW Inbox and BDS creation, as needed.

Follows all policies and procedures related to job.

Performs other duties as assigned to meet corporate and client objectives.

Education, training, experience:
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus. Must be flexible and responsive to client’s new initiatives. Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, customer service, and computer skills required.
